Who's in the room
A closed event. Every badge is verified against a role that specifies, recommends or purchases public order and special-events equipment. No students, no press passes, nobody wandering in off the street.
By role
- Decision-makers & command staff
- Procurement & acquisition leads
- Trainers & special-events units
- Researchers & academics
By sector
- Municipal, county & state police
- Sheriff's offices & state agencies

If they're in the building, they're someone worth your time.
One room.
No empty aisles.
At most conferences the exhibit hall is a separate room attendees have to decide to walk into — and you spend the afternoon watching an empty aisle while everyone's in a breakout.
Ours isn't a separate room. The main stage, the exhibit floor, every lunch and every coffee break share one hall for four days.
Stage in the hallKeynotes and panels run from a stage on the same floor as your booth. Nobody leaves to attend a session.
Every meal, every breakLunch Wednesday and Thursday, and all coffee and snack service, are served on the floor. Not down a corridor.
Demos in front of everyoneLive vehicle and equipment demonstrations run on the floor itself — the reason most people came.
Pick your level
Each level adds a different kind of thing, not more of the same — space, then reach, then the audience, then a voice, then demonstration, then the conference's own name.

FAQs
What's the difference between a booth and Bronze?
A booth buys presence — whoever walks up to your table is who you meet. Bronze buys reach beyond it: your logo goes on the website, hall signage and printed program, you're featured in a sponsor spotlight post on Geoff Perrin's LinkedIn, and your logo appears in the pre-event email to every registered attendee. Plus a third badge and placement priority.
How many people will actually be there?
We're building for 750 or more. This is the first year of this conference, so we're not going to print a number we can't stand behind. What we can tell you is that it's closed, vetted, co-hosted with the Salt Lake City Police Department, and everyone in the building spends all four days in the same room as your booth.
Can I bring a vehicle onto the floor?
Yes, with advance notice and fire marshal approval. Declare it on your application — vehicle move-in is scheduled separately from general move-in and we plan floor space around it.
How do I get a live demonstration slot?
Demonstration slots belong to Platinum and Title sponsors. There are four in total.
Can I choose my own booth location?
Placement is assigned rather than self-selected — it's how we manage sponsor positions and keep direct competitors apart. Commit early and tell us your preference; we work with it wherever we can.
Is lunch provided on setup day?
Yes. We serve lunch to exhibitors during Tuesday setup, and everyone's invited to the welcome reception on the show floor that evening. We ask for a rough headcount on the application and confirm closer to the show.
What's the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations before 1 February 2027 forfeit the deposit only. No refunds after 1 February 2027.
What about shipping, electrical and furnishings?
The full exhibitor service kit — shipping addresses, material handling, labor, electrical and internet ordering, and the floor plan — is released in February 2027, aligned with the balance due date.
Hold your space
Space is assigned in the order it's committed. Early commitments get placement priority — and there are only four demo slots.
